We scoured the internet for successful living room ideas, to help us transform this space. Initially, we wanted a space that was purely aesthetic; something worth looking at. After countless hours doing research and learning about the functions of a space, we realized it is not just about seeing the space but staying.

A key element of the design is the ability to make the space feel inviting. Yes, it is a basement renovation. However the use of natural light, bright colours, subtle textures and intriguing elements allow the space to feel cozy and warm. It is a key part of the design experience that enables to user to stay in the space for hours, without feeling trapped or encased.
